I can make hoops anywhere from 34"-45" in diameter. The bigger
the hoop, the slower and easier it goes, and the smaller the hoop, the faster and more difficult. Refer to the
chart below to find out what hoop is right for you. Note: Diameters are
an approximation.

Standard |
Standard hoops are made with 3/4" tubing and typically weigh about 1.5 pounds. Ideal weight for those who either want to get in shape and lose weight, learn the art of hoopdance, or a combination of the two. This hoop will continue to be an ideal weight for you, even you as you advance in your hooping ability. |

Made with 1/2" tubing. Recommended for children's hoops, advanced hoopers, or those who want to focus on mostly off-body hooping. |

For those who are hooping primarily for fitness purposes. Best for toning your abs/core. Extended hand, hip, or knee hooping with heavyweight tubing may cause bruising.
